Although there was renovating going on, the desk help was great for me. However the check in process for others was the worse we have ever encountered. Some not getting rooms until 9 or 10 that evening. The real problem was the restaurant grill. No staff, bartenders or cooks, took over 1 hr to receive salads and wings. Manager did not do any table visits to hear complaints. They knew the tournament was going to be there why was there such staffing issues throughout the week-end????? Also heard stories of previous bed bugs at this hotel. Maybe thats the reason for renovating!
